How to Apply Nail Polish Strips?

1. Prep & Clean

✦ Wash your hands with soap, any oil remaining on your hands will prevent the nail strip from sticking.

✦ Shape your nails and push back cuticles. Any cuticle residue on your nail will prevent the nail strip from sticking. Avoid using lotions and oils.

✦ Clean your nails with an alcohol-based cleaning wipe. Before starting the application of the nail strip, make sure your nails are dry.

✦ Use a layer of clear nail polish (can be a base coat or topcoat).

2. Choose the Nail Strip

✦ Choose the appropriate nail strip size. Always choose a slightly smaller nail strip size for your nail.

✦ Do not stick the nail strip on your skin or cuticle.

3. Peel & Stick

✦ Gently lift the nail strip from the sheet, be sure your hands are oil-free. Using tweezers to lift the strip is easier to avoid compromising the adhesion. 

✦ Start applying the strip at the base of the nail and press the strip firmly on the nail. Press firmly on the sides of the nail strip for optimal adhesion.

‼︎ Do not apply over cuticles or skin.

4. Shape

✦ Fold the nail strip downwards or trim the excess nail strip with a scissor and file away any excess nail strip with one swift downward stroke.

✦ Apply a clear topcoat for added protection.

Tip: After the application, for the best adhesion, avoid using lotions, oils, and water for at least one hour. 

How to Remove Nail Polish Strips?

✦ Soak your fingernails in warm water for a couple of minutes.

✦ 1st Method: Apply a drop of cuticle oil on the sides of the nail strip. With the help of a manicure stick, slowly lift the nail strip corner of the cuticle area. 

✦ 2nd Method: Soak your nails in nail polish remover with the help of cotton pads. Keep the cotton pad on your fingernail for 3 to 5 minutes. Slowly remove the strip with cotton pads.

‼︎ Do not peel off the nail strip with force or in one quick motion!
